I am hungry. HEAR ME ROAARRR.Fuck. I hate being on a diet.
Fine, I had a choice, but I figure it's pretty dire straits if I can't climb up to the second storey without feeling slightly winded. So yes, a diet to get rid of that 2kg weight gain. Beats exercising, because I'm a lazy old fart.
In all honesty, this diet's simply the elimination of supper from my daily intake. No more 11pm instant noodles / fast food / beef kway teow. [So I'm suffering at 11.35pm.] And no more Khong Guan biscuits because one heavenly piece is a disgusting 65 calories - screw lemon puff. It takes me an hour of sleep to burn that off. But yes, Thank God we need energy to breathe.
And now I'm lusting over 7-11's Craze Hotties and trying to plan tomorrow's recess menu.
Diet goes on leave when it's Dippy Day. New York, New York here we come!
P/s. I had my duck rice and coconut juice on Monday, and it IS true that Singapore's hawker food isn't fantastic. Duck rice was pretty substandard compared to the one I had in a random coffeeshop in Malaysia.
