Dippy's back on Tekong again, and this cycle will continue for 11 more weeks. At the end of that period will be our 2nd year together.
Army seems enjoyable actually. Regimental rigid rest. The Taurus company has female recruits, and I do want to enlist. The two Js [Jon and Jeremy] that I've mentioned this to both think I'm crazy. But yet again, they don't know that I've been faithfully and enthusiastically putting my name down and attending Army Open Houses year after year. I wonder if I'd get shorn too, and if my shower cubicle will lack a door. A luckless male recruit from Dippy's Friday intake spent his weekend whinging on Tekong. He had lewdly mentioned three words that added up to be sexist, and contained a reference to himself, a sensory organ of his, and something feline related, upon laying eyes on a group of female recruits, and was overheard by an officer. I think that's funny.
Females are respected on Tekong, and no vulgarities must land within their hearing radius. I wonder what civilian clothing the female officers change into upon booking out on Friday nights.
3 packets of instant noodles will make me burst. Check out A1's Bak Kut Teh noodles, Myojo's Shrimp noodles and Koka's Black Pepper Crab noodles. They're so good I had all 3 at one sitting.
